  I've lived in the community approaching a year in Feb and it's been nice. Living so close to the shopping center and my children's school is amazing. The apartments are spacious and I never hear my neighbors, which is a plus. The community is family oriented and I have some of the best neighbors. The individual buildings are cleaned every single morning. The maintenance and property management staff have been friendly and helpful from day one. The bathrooms could use some updating and the overall apartment as well. There were leveling issues with my floor but once brought to the managers attention, they did everything to correct the issue to my liking. It's a pretty quiet place, which I love. It's family friendly. The school system is amazing. The only downside I would have to mention are the gnats in my apartment. I keep a clean apartment and the gnats have simply taken over. They are in every room of the apartment. I caught 20 or more in one day as I had traps (apple cider vinegar and dish soap) set out on counters. I don't have plants, pets, wet rags, fruit, food sitting out and wondered where they were coming from.. I placed a call to the property manager who was honest about not much that could be done and also the pest control who suggested I add ice cubes and pieces of lemon to the garbage disposal before running it, since that's where they "live". He recommended I do this every week or so.. I thought it was an isolated issue but later learned that other tenants were having similar issues. The gnats are annoying and frustrating. Nothing worse than having guests and gnats on your wall. I've gotten some control but they still linger. It's not as worse as it once was but they are still present. Other than wishing something could be done about the gnats, this really is a great place to live and nice place to call home. So far, so good.

  This property was much better when it was Keswick Park. This new company nickles and dimes for everything. Why is there a $15 trash fee when we dispose of our own trash. One of the compactors has been broken for a month. Its a pet friendly community, but the dog park is hidious, not worthy of holding such a title. The former leasing agents were much more professional. The entire community dynamic has changed but the rent keeps elevating. Why??? Also, why is there not security during late night........ Unhappy with this location now.
