  This property was much better when it was Keswick Park. This new company nickles and dimes for everything. Why is there a $15 trash fee when we dispose of our own trash. One of the compactors has been broken for a month. Its a pet friendly community, but the dog park is hidious, not worthy of holding such a title. The former leasing agents were much more professional. The entire community dynamic has changed but the rent keeps elevating. Why??? Also, why is there not security during late night........ Unhappy with this location now.

  While visiting family here, our apartment was broken into while I was inside. No cameras are anywhere on the property except for in the office. Corporate social responsibility is obviously low on the priorities. Maintenance was great about fixing the door over a 10 hour period, but the local office staff are rude and not very helpful. While calling in the report, I was not able to reach anyone for assistance, the police had to make them help. The apartments are okay, but many of the residents are very unhappy individuals. (In response to below comment) - The Point has been notified by the police of the incident, by me, and there is nothing else to discuss. Please install cameras on site with recording and I will happily change this review to a positive one only after this is taken care of. You don't need me to come talk to a local representative when what is needed is a corporate decision made to take better care of your occupants (aka CSR).
