  So. A lot of these reviews are things I would be upset about as well, but I haven’t personally had this type of experience living here. I think a lot of people don’t understand that property management and working in leasing is EXTREMELY hard and very rarely do you receive positive feedback. For the area (close to a million grocery stores, moderately safe neighborhood, close to Annapolis/Baltimore/AND D.C., lots of fun shops, great school district) it is a good price and clean complex. The maintenance does an amazing job of cleaning up trash, Ron is super helpful, and Nina is so pleasant. I had a few hiccups at the beginning but Ron has done an amazing job of resolving any issues. I renewed my lease. I’ve moved over 5 times in my apartment renting experience because I won’t stay someplace I’m not happy. But I renewed with them due to the privacy they give and the resolution to any issue I’ve had. Yes, some people are ignorant and leave their trash outside of the dumpster (lazy) or the washing machines aren’t the best, but they are small inconveniences. There are like 20 CHEAP large laundromat facilities( which is just smarter anyway) ... I’ve never had a bug problem or anything and my neighbors have been so friendly. They are extremely pet friendly as well. It’s not a 5 star resort but you definitely receive more than what you pay for, esp living in Anne Arundel County which is EXTREMELY expensive.
